Heather is our Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder and Managing Broker. She brings a diverse background in Real Estate, negotiations, business, and finance to the Origin Team. Heather holds her degree in Economics/Finance from UC San Diego and a Masters in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate and Organizational Leadership from UC Irvine. Heather is a native of Orange County and has worked in the Real Estate field since high school as an intern for her family Real Estate firm. During undergraduate studies she worked as a mortgage and investment professional at JP Morgan Chase, and after graduation as a Senior Financial Analyst at PIMCO. For the past ten years Heather has served at the helm of a Real Estate firm serving clients throughout Southern California. Heather specializes in client relationship management, strategic market analysis & negotiations, and professional Real Estate consulting. She offers a skilled negotiation and sales approach to all facets of Real Estate transactions. Heather has vast experience in the Commercial, Multifamily, Residential, Land and Leasing & Property Management space.
